Placing an Order
By placing an order with Spine and Spice, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, shipping address, email address, and any book preferences requested during checkout.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not already been packed or dispatched.

If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been packed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Customers must refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy regarding any issues with delivered orders.
Mystery Book Purchases
Spine and Spice specialises in Blind Date with a Book products and mystery book bundles.
By purchasing a mystery book product, you acknowledge that:
- The book title is intentionally undisclosed before purchase.
- The surprise element is a key feature of the product.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because you dislike the selected book.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because you have previously read the selected book unless you provided this information before purchase.
- Personal preference regarding genre, writing style, characters, tropes, or storyline does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If Spine and Spice introduces subscription services in the future, subscription cancellation terms will be provided separately at the time of purchase.
